you can see how low it is once installed..look for the rubber boot. That is the top bolt of the caliper. When i get the back of the bike back together I will update the pics of the completed version

well we do have an option if any of you are interested. Since I have an extra bracket I can get it to the weld shop did it at and have them do the next one. We can get anyone done and once all is done I will still have an unmodified bracket. Let me know if anyone is interested in doing this.

That`s funny! I was just eye-ballin` mine up today and scratching my head over the same mod. I knew I wanted the force on the swing arm and not the bolt, and you nailed `er. I`ll probably want to copy that design this winter and then powder coat the bracket and caliper. (thinkin about black chrome, if I can stand the gloss). Beers on me for that one.

I like the looks. Does this require an aftermarket swingarm?

That's a great mod telerider, very nice welding too. Now one of those beautiful Warrior Rotors that the_grider has just had made would look sweet in there for sure.

That defintely looks better than the stock set up. I might be interested in something like this. What's the shops turn around time minus of course the shipping it there and back.

Will you install the caliper after the bracket ??

Re: My version of the Hidden rear caliper

Turn around time was 48 hours...Since I have a spare bracket I can leave the bracket at the shop so it can be done by the time your bracket shows up so i would think turn around time is less than 24 hours.

the plan for install is to have the bracket spun up and install the caliper. once installed spin the bracket down and bolt it down.

I can't see how it would..
You still have 100% contact from pad to rotor ??
