Welcome to the forum, I received your email sorry for the delay responding.

I see you have a 2002 Road Star 1600 Midnight, which uses the same Denso flasher relay as the 1700 Warrior covered in this forum.  The FB257H is a very expensive relay which is why there's never any for sale here.  Guys save them as spares.  Over the years I've also hunted for an affordable spare but have never located one.

Maybe ask some of our members in Europe for names of members in Poland who can help you: http://rswarrior.com/forums/43.aspx

Sorry this is the only suggestion I can offer.

Ive been reading whole forum for last couple of days about year models and recalls (looks like I have TPS problem).I have 2004 european (?) model. all marks as above but I have automatic turnsignal reset! colour is Cerulean Silver w/ Flames. so is it possible that it is USA model (older?) modiffied for europe market, or someone forgot to remove turnsignal reset??? (btw. i like it very much). and does it change anything about recalls?

I'm sorry that I missed this post.  I will send you a PM in case you still need this help.  The Denso flasher sells at dealers for $65.00 USD.  I've found them foir $40 but don't see any for that price right now.

The Cerulean Silver with Flames was a paint color from the factory for 2004.  So your ownership paperwork should show the motorcycle's model number as XV1700PCS.  If the tail/brake light is LED (not incandescent) and you have self-canceling signals and if your seat is 2-piece (rider seat plus separate passenger seat) then you probably have a full-blooded 2004 USA model machine.

If your bike has two headlight bulbs then it could be all-Euro, or it could be a half-and-half.

The 2004 machines had these recalls:  Transmission, TPS, and Pick-Up Coil (CPS).  The VIN plate on the bike should be marked to show the recall work completed: http://rswarrior.com/files/folders/reference/entry1016342.aspx

If helpful, there's model year difference info here:  http://rswarrior.com/forums/t/16547.aspx

Hmm [^o)] Re: Titanium Warrior 2004 Europe (2002 US model)

thnx Arizona Warrior, my bike has bulb taillight (red), two headlight bulbs, two piece seat and self cancelling turnsignal. so its probably half-and-half... one question: isnt vin plate suppose to be metal plate? on my former bike (shadow) it was metal plate, but on my warrior its sticker? and there are no marks of recalls done. anyway, im going to local dealer on monday, and see what he has to say about it.
