    License plate lights

Ever since I cleaned up the rear of the bike, I haven't had a license plate light. Today I got something to fix that. Neato!

Hmm.. Well, I guess it's hard to see in the picture. [V] It's those little license plate bolts with the lights inside of the bolt heads. Ah well, it looks cool in person. Trust me. [:D]

No... actually they are "Lite N' Boltz" by DEI (Design Engineering, Inc). Got them at Cycle Gear in Garner today. I also picked up a set of rear turn signals. They look pretty cool. I have them mounted but not wired up yet... will finish that tomorrow and post pics. If you lighten up the pic in this thread then you may be able to see how the stock turn signals are no longer there. [:)]

I've been thinking about doing that exact same thing. I'd like to remove that stock license plate light, and just use the bolts. Did you use the wiring from the stock lights? I almost bought some smaller rear turn signals, but now that all my signals are "midnight", I think I'll keep'em.

I use the Lite N Boltz also, I think they are great, work and look good. I just wired mine to the wire where the stock tag light plugged into...

Here's another option i used to eliminate the stock license light & turn signals after installing the Yami inner fender elim kit and to help increase the visibility of the bike!
