easiest way to relocate your rear-res (Pic)

for those who have custom-pipes and don't want to keep the stock-exhaust-brake-res-bracket:
just take a long screw and some distance-pieces and screw it to the upper hole in the frame. works fine and is nearly hidden behind the right passenger peg.
be sure that the nut doesn't get loose (loctite!)

Check out the last pic in my gallery. It was fast easy and free. I Have it secured with a small bracket I made. My buddy just has his tied on with a zip-lok wire tie. It works great. A few others I have seen remove the res al together. The hose is long enough you can get awy with out any at all.

There is no replacement for displacement!

Suggestion: Remove the rear brake disk cover. Improves visual looks.It's more sport oriented.

did you shorten the line from brake-cylinder to reservoir or leave it stock-length?

I took a look at this last night. You could run a hose all the way up into the area under the seat. A plug in the end would seal it just fine. Not easy to check for fluid level, but if you aren't leaking anywhere you don't need to worry about it. That would get rid of the reservoir completely. Thanks for the idea BGM!

i removed mine and just put the existing hose straight up in front of the rear fender under the seat, it works perfect, capped it, no problems so far, put on over 800 miles since i removed it
