bike will not idle and pops through throttle body

since doing my bak the bike will not idle (idles some times not very often though)at the same time i put a new custom made exhaust on it as well (street sweepers) i have now just fitted a set of vance and hines big shots to the bike and it is better but when you ride the bike it will pop through the throttle bodys and chug down the road when you put it under more load it goes fine untill you come to stopping and it will not idle i have checked everything i have done and all appears ok however the engine check light does come on and off as you are riding the codes that come up when key is switched to run are 14 and 26 i have done the ecu adjust and its made it a bit better any help would be app
    thanks

Do you have a PCIII? If not do a search for ECU adjustment and also Idle adjustment. If you have the PCIII you probably need a new map to match your BAK and pipes. You should be able to find one on the forum or on the DynoJet site.

The black plug for the atmospheric pressure sensor that doesn't have a vacuum hose has a solid pink wire!

Actually it isn't, the BAK will wake the bike up. You just have to be careful and label all the connections and make certain things go back on the way they're supposed to. You also have to add more fuel to overcome the lean condition because of higher air flow rate that's available, hence the PCIII or the ECU adjust.

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak. Could be that one of the vacuum lines ore one of the LCV lines came loose and the engine is sucking in more air through one of its cylinders. That makes idle super lean and it will backfire a lot into the TBs.

Recheck your work, code 14 intake pressure sensor #1-pipe clogged or throttle position sensor (tps)
stuck & 26 intake pressure sensor #2-pipe clogged or throttle position sensor stuck. Hope this helps.

did you have the tps recall? even if you did, have them check it again.

Ditto what Oliver said, classic vacuum leak symptoms

definitly get the recall taken care of. much improvement on my machine. I too have the big shots. they pop a bit but it seems like it runs lean with the new exhaust.
