    braided brake lines

heres one for the seasoned pros, i got into a little discusion tonight with big johnson about the front brakes wanting to chatter under light braking with braided brake lines, we both replaced ours a while back and he is tell me that having them in cable loom on the fender is causing this??? i have noticed it happen on my bike a few times but not often. he is riding with them hanging free and swears that having them in the loom is whats causing this chatter, any input from the pros?

    Re: braided brake lines

I have a custom 3 pc SS Galfer front brake line. I removed and reused the rubber bushing and mounting brackets from the OEM hoses so that they are attached to the fender bracket rigidly as built!

    No chatter problem here [:)]

Edited: Couple of photos but not of the fender bracket [:(]

alan, it looks like we have the same set up, main line drops from the master and hits a tee fitting then a line to each caliper and like i said in my previous post it only chatters every once in a while and certainly not enough to bother me but i didnt like the way those lines were hanging on johnsons rig and thats what started this whole debate

I can get a Picture saturday from Joshes bike but theres alot of threads on it if you search. I had it on my 2002 warrior and just let them hang and never had the issue again. I agree its only at slow speeds when Braking..
