Billet Fork Tube Covers & MS Fork Clamps Work with Big Shot 7" Cut-Out Shield!

Was able to reshape extruded fork clamps supplied with the Big Shot windshield to accommodate the larger chrome fork covers that are 2.310" OD.

As a result of the increased diameter also had to replace the 5/8" long clamp screws with 1".

The windshield now sits lower by approx 5/8".

Call Mwemphis shades and tell them the size you need. I suspect they have larger clamps

I called today and spoke to a woman named Mary who said they don't make a clamp that fits 2.310" (58.7mm). The next size up clamp is 63-68mm. The next size down is what i have. They are sending me one of the large clamps to sample NC. I'm hoping i can use just one piece of the large clamp to accomplish the task. Thought that maybe someone had already figured this out recently!
