King of Power! Custom Map of Pro-pipe!

I just wanted to post up the results of my Custom Mapping with HP & Torque #'s of the Propipe with Competition Baffle. Well, Folks.....The King of Power has returned and is here to stay on My Warrior! I was very impressed with the end results.

First thing I would like to do is Thank my newly found Friend Craig of Hell Fire Performance, Newton Junction, NH. Thank you My Friend! You Rock! Craig is a member of this forum under the forum name...Craig. Any of you folks who live in the area and need custom mapping I highly recommend that you let Craig dial in your beast. He is by far one of the finest tuners in this area. Here is the Link to his Site....

Great numbers Ed! Looks like Craig did a jam up job. I will be getting the PCS Monster propipe in a few weeks and trying a couple of maps from the forum.

How about posting a pic of the dyno run on the rineys? Just curious about the power curve comparisons as well as the peak numbers....

I need to add that I converted my belt drive back to the stock sprocket, 1-1/8" with Gates Poly Kevlar and 32T front pulley.

Just curious as to why? And, can't wait to hear how that pipe sounds on our ride! I'm switching pipes, but not for HP. I'm going to Shorties for cornering. My JugHuggers look/sound great but have some weird bends in them.

More rotating mass equals less hp...it may not sound like much, but it does make a difference. After riding for close to two seasons with 1-1/2" belt drive and 31T front pulley and having problems of late with belt slipping over the 31T front pulley I decided to closely inspect all components involved, belt, pulley and rear sprocket. At first my thoughts were a bad front 31T front pulley, but after further inspection of all components the 1-1/2" Bulletpruf belt was wearing unevenly width wise. Inner Belt teeth were laying back and getting soft compared to outside belt teeth, so my personal conclusion is the Warrior is designed to run only 1-1/8" belt system and or a chain conversion due to distribution of power to the rear wheel. Any wider is only creating more useless rotating mass. The rotating mass is very noticeable when one turns the rear wheel by hand. Its difficult to turn by hand the 1-1/2" conversion, but to manually turn the stock 1-1/8" belt drive it turns very easily by hand. As for going back to the 32T is is more about drive-ability, not searching for a 6th gear than it is about off the line acceleration. I have plenty of power to the pavement with my engine modifications to worry about the difference between 31T vs. 32T

Yes, it is SAE Corrected. Check Dyno Sheet, right column. Key element is finding yourself a great tuner who is going to tune your Warrior like it was his own. Not a tuner who gives you 2 hours and kicks you out the door. When I got my propipe. I installed and road around for 2-3 weeks prior to my tune. What I found out I was dumping a ton of fuel into my engine with the Rinehart Map. Custom Mapping is so important when changing exhaust systems. I can not stress enough the huge gains one can achieve with proper and correct mapping. The Riney Dyno is with the 240 Metz. The Propipe Dyno is with the Avon 250. I will let Craig chime in on the DynaStar Technology. I know it is a company out of Germany/Netherlands that their technology is based around the Dynometer, which is basically the same technology as Dynojet, but with a different company name. Go to the link below.
