    Replaced Risers-Cables?

I just installed a set of Barons risers. Which raise the bars 2 inches and pull them back 1-3/4 inches from stock. When I ordered them it said would work with stock cables. Now that they are on the bike every thing is short. Brake line ,throttle cables, Clutch cable. Has anyone else run into this. Where is a good place to get steel braided longer replacements?
    Thanks,

Check with Riverat he has the Barons Knickback Risers w/stock bars. Review his gallery mods for other references [;)]http://www.rswarrior.com/Gallery/riverat.aspx

I used Barnett SS braided cables on my former bike (a v-star 1100) when I swapped out the handlebars. Measurements are in increments of inches over or less than stock (i.e., "stock +2" is 2 inches longer than stock lines). They looked good and worked fine and the company was very easy to deal with. I have heard on this forum that OEM ss braded lines tend to yellow over time but I don't know. Either way, you MUST use SS braided lines. Dam, they look so much better than stock black cables.

Looks like Riverat replaced only the Brake Hose and repositioned the others in the cable guides.

    Hey Dice,
Thanks for the link. Phat had every thing I needed Braided throttle, clutch and brake lines all 4" over stock. I didn't want to reroute for fear of cables rubbing on the gas tank.Kind of funny though. Had to buy 300 bucks worth of stuff to make the 100 dollar risers work[B)].Also got some ISO grips figured as long as I had the throttle housing apart.
    Thanks,
