Arizona Warrior:
.......... There's a post by Frankenstein that is in a topic listed under 'Belt' in Popular Mods that describes a great method for adjusting the belt by spinning the raised rear tire forward and backward making sure in both directions the belt stays fairly centered on the front rear pulley. Hang on. Its hard to find since its inside another conversation about belts. This is it: http://rswarrior.com/forums/p/20285/318908.aspx#318908
Just a heads up to you guys if you don't read Frankenstein's Belt adjustment response.
- It's the rear pulley in question that should run fairly centered so that the belt doesn't rub harshly against the outer pulley flanges causing a clicking sound
... slight rubbing on the flanges is acceptable
Some of the front aftermarket billet/steel pulleys have but one outside flange and all are considerably wider than the stock Warrior pulley as they were designed for the Road* 1-1/2" belt drive and the belt runs off-centered on those front pulleys
I suspect that Arizona Warrior has made an unintentional keying error above so i've made the correction
