I've checked the owner's and service manuals which just give specs not part #s.  Also I've searched to no avail. 

Are the rears 1156's?  and the front's 1157's?

If my memory serves me correctly, yes they are.

Obviously use the clear bulbs for amber lenses, and amber bulbs for clear lenses.  I mention this because early-on I spent good money on several types of those 'clear' or 'invisible' bulbs that claim they illuminate amber, however none of them were bright enough behind the clear lens to be seen by those around me.
