I just watched the movie. Is your bike the same color as it was in the movie? Is it the same? did you change anything on it from the movie? Curious......how did you you come across this bike and get to own it? Do you have any proof it was in the movie?

Did anyone find out if this was legit???

I see fifteen people held hostage on a bus, and everything else goes out the window. I will do whatever it takes to save them, and I mean whatever it takes. ... Laws were written by much smarter men than me. And in the end, these laws have to be more important than the 15 people on the bus. I know that's right. In my mind, I know that's right. I just don't think my heart could ever have lived with it.

Please do not take offense, but some one who is not one of us (by that I mean you joined here to sell a bike and are not a regular member of our community) who posts a statement like that is going to need show some type of proof that the bike was indeed in the movie and that you are in possession of the bike. Thanks

Yes the bike is the same color as in the movie. It has a dent in the tank that probably came from filming. The only difference now is I've removed the mini apes but I still have them. The bike had been sitting in Barstow at a dealership for quite some time. They apparently had trouble selling it. I have a copy of the pink from the movie studio. I also posted some pics in the gallery.

It probably is pretty "torquey" with that big sprocket on the back...and chain drive !
