    Hated red dust of doom!

Well looks like it's my turn to replace the middle shaft.  I new it was coming soon, just wish I could've gotten one more ride out of her.  Anyway, any tips anyone?  Should I replace the bearings for the shaft as well, if so, what's the best way to get the new bearings seated.  Do they have to be pressed or can I just tap it in.  All the posts that i've found seem to be pretty straight forward on the shaft replacement.  Not much on bearings though.

Upgrading to the later middle shaft parts used on the '06' & > Warrior will increase your Out of Pocket cost approx $60.00 .... the R&R as stated is an easy task IMO.

The earlier middle shaft is just fine if all the matting parts are within specs and the frt pulley nut is over torqued as discussed on the forum!
