Thanks for all the kind words guys. Unfortunatly we don't qualify for the $8k tax credit because this is our second home, we did rent for 2 years but the program required us to be out for atleast 3.

That is true Teck. The house mods will be going on for a while. I am just glad I got my 240 kit done prior to the move!

Sweet! We are taking advantage of the market too and trying to get income property. Been out bidded a couple times, but should get something soon.

congrats on your new spread dude, nothing beats home ownership provided you bought it right and its not a money pit. unfortunatly i have seen some that bought homes with unforseen issues that almost drove them in to the poor house. i hope that yours will be a complete success Yes

Congrats on the home. I just signed papers for a condo, which should close by Oct 30th, So I'll get the 8k tax credit, woo hoo. Plan on using some of it to bulid a sun room on the rear patio. Anything left over, and it just may be time to put cams in the 108ci and get the pc V. double woo hoo
