    Skellern`s Cheltenham

    Hi All,

I just wanted to let everyone know how good Skellern`s were when completing the recalls and some other work on my bike recently.

They were very professional about the whole thing giving me a loaner bike for the long journey home and the week while they had my bike.

All in all a very friendly professional affordable dealership that I recommend to anyone wanting any work carried out on their bike no matter how far you have to come to get this great service.

    Thank you Skellern`s Cheltenham!

Wow, a loaner bike?  Most dealers over here wouldn't even let you use their phone to call a taxi.

    Jools,

I've got to go to Skellern's this weekend to book my bike in for MOT.

I'll make sure they know that you were happy with the work they did.

Thanks mate, you can let them know I was very happy and am going to go back to have the bike put on the dyno when I get the new pipes fitted after holidays.

    Re: Skellern`s Cheltenham

The service that i got at Skellerns was and for the years that i have been going to them been second to none, I was always given a loaner bike and on the rare occasion they never had one they sent a van out to pick up the bike from my home a round trip of 48 miles when i still lived in that area, at no extra cost.

The guys at Race techiques who work in the back of Skellerns are also very cool and did the whole set up on the dyno

for 110 QUID if i was to give them marks for service help and advice out of 100 then it would have to be 100.

In the event that i need something doing on the bike ( and i have twice since they did my recalls) i am happy to do the 180 mile round trip from were i now live passing two other yamaha dealers on the way that have lesser reputationsBig Smile
