Older bikes required a lot of warm-up time before you could "Nail It"

Not me, but some people like to put a sniffer in the tailpipe

 Alcohol works for both if you want to push it to the limit.

Not too long into the ride, I get tired.

After a couple of hours, my right hand starts to hurt.

Both are best when your passenger is screaming and digging her fingernails into you.  Or at least that's true for me. 

 After a good hard ride, they both need a bath.

For safety, you should wear a helmet!
