Yeah about 120 miles south. When we visit my Father-in-law in Georgia he always says that I have brought his daughter from up North down for a visit.

    Loren :
Cams, pistons, headwork, Speed* ECU, and the Propipe.

i have HC pistons, S* cams and pcV with Barons BAK and Big shots. no big bore to keep it on the budget side.

Dyno says 100 and 115 tq.

There is no way on this planet that you are pulling 100 hp with your modifications. It can not be done. Post your Dyno print out.

Agreed. I had 10.5/1, racing cam, Bak, PCIII and Holeshot header system. Pulled 94hp and 120 torque.

    That explains it.

Warrior doesn't have 96hp before engine work. Most times a stock Warrior will be between 83 and 86hp stock. Using that margin of error your dyno results make sense, they are 10hp off.

    It's a Dyno difference issue.

Nevermind, I mis-read your sheet. That is a big jump

Take off the 250 rear and have a competent dyno tuner do your bike and you will gan 15 hp too!

before dyno time i was 5 hp less.  a fat rear takes 7-12 extra hp to turn.

My apology. I did not read that you had the cam and head work done. That would make more sense. I pulled just over 100 hp & 128 ftlbs. with HC Pistons, Ported & Polished Heads, Ported & Polished Exhaust Manifolds, Speedstar Cams, +2 Valves and VBAK, Propipe..... I also run a power sucking 250 rear tire during all Dyno's. Funny thing. I was not happy with the 100 hp and added the 108 Big Bore w/10.5 High Compression to get me my 107.8 hp & 138 ftlbs. very respectable power numbers, but it cost $$$$.

So what your telling me is to pull my 250 and I will put to the pavement 120+ hp? I do know that is not possible with my current internal modifications..... I would add 5 hp tops without the 250.

what i have seen here is that on a raider with pipes and bak and a 300 tire kit it lost 9 hp after the tire kit.  and with some good time on the dyno, an increase of 4-7 hp easily, from a map off the net.
