    New Warrior FAN

Just bought a new Warrior August 28th.  Sorry, didn't have much time to write until now.  RIDING! :-)

Have almost 1,000 miles now and MAN AM I HAPPY WITH THIS MACHINE!  Stock, candy red.  Tires smoking. :-)

Until August 06 I had not ridden in 24 years.  Last memory was doing 80 on my head after some idiot playing chicken with me on a very dark US 1.  Too bad I didn't know game on, but that's another story.  Anyway, after 10 years in Alaska and 6 years in Houston Texas, I moved to Fort Collins, Colorado and decided it was time to ride again.  The weather is just too fine.  Got a Suzuki M50 to get into riding again.   Should have bought used, but worried about the miles I do.  I do 105 miles a day to back and forth to work.  Anyway, I was ready for a bigger bike in about 3 months and it's taken until now to talk to wife into the new bike.  Last year I almost went M109, but man am I glad it did not work out!  The craftsmanship, the performance, the MUCH LIGHTER weight.  This baby is awesome.

I love all the info and pics on this site.

I am pretty new here as well. I have been so busy lurking at all the pics and reading all I can so I haven't posted a lot. This is definately the best of any of the motorcycle forums I have used, GREAT people here!

Anyway, I am also in northern CO and look forward to meeting you some day. I commute from Milliken to Longmont and in 5 weeks have already racked up 1400 miles on the new Warrior.

Lovin every minute of it....oh boy, bad Loverboy reminder...

Hey. I was hached in Pueblo,25 years of cookin' in high alt. and I moved to Central FL. Riden' my Beastie to Dallas TX and then back to Fl. my only thought is more paddin' for the rump if U do any long distances. Oh  By the way, Warrior gets about 50 mpg. on the highway,if U drive like a sain man(using LUCAS fuel additive and not havin any problems- 1 oz per tank)or mid grade. Harley riders hated me all the way down I-10,oh did I mention Warrior has more power stock than a screamin eagle modd HDSurprise

ALMIGHTY GOD first,my family second, but then I get to PLAY with zylene1.1

Welcome, I just got a warrior myseflf. Bought an M50 a couple of years to learn on, which is a great bike, but does not compare with the warrior. Was torn between Mean Streak, M109 and the Warrior. Then I saw a warrior with a 240 rear tire, and knew that this was the perfect bike for me. Love it.
