    Hey All,

I have been a member for a while, but this is my first post. I just wanted to say this site is a great resource for all Warrior owners, and the members are extremely knowledgeable.

I moved from a 2006 GSX-R 1000 with 160hp at the wheel over to a 2004 Warrior and I don't miss the gsxr at all. I ride my big twin every day to work and love it. Here is what I have done to it so far:

    • Churchkey V-bak
    • PCIII USB
    • V&H Pro pipe (no baffle, holy cow it's loud)
    • Fender eliminator
    • Corbin touring seat
    • Yamaha chrome grips
    • Clear alternatives tail light

I am now looking to add some chrome and get it dyno tuned to smooth out the flat spots. I realize the open baffle loses some torque, but to be honest I don't care. This thing has plenty torque to spare and for those that commute in the bay area, loud exhausts save lives.

     -Carl

Heya Carl, welcome-ish to the forum even though you've technically been here all along.  Smile

Nice to see more Bay area peeps on the forum.

You have been lurking long enough to know we gotta have pics. The rest of the guys will get upset but I will welcome you anyway. Splitting the lanes is so much easier with loud pipes, isnt it?

I know man, my bad that is actually one of the reasons I hadn't posted was the lack of pics, haha! I will get off my lazy butt and take some. Splitting lanes is definitely easier with the loud pipes. In my eyes it's well worth the trade off.
