I don't know who's bike it is,but the fender looks like the stock 05 (black cherry).He just scalloped the fender,and put LED taillight on it.It is also probably lowered with Tricky Air.Look's to have a 260 tire on it.look's like it anyway.

Started this within an hour of getting the bike home. So easy to do using stock tail light (cut with clear glass for number plate) and stiffening up the shockie.
