    What's the next mod?

Recently installed Churchkey's VBAK, Pwr. Commander, and Pro Pipes.  What's next?  I want to increase performance and eventually get over 100 hp at the RW.  Not really concerned about the cosmetics.

all of the above. 108kit with cam and heads took me well over 100 but the NOS could have done that too cheaper. I like both but it depends on how you want to ride. If you like the power all the time, build your motor. You can always add NOS later.

108 Big Bore, Cam Kit & Head Work......that is the only way you will keep it over 100hp. Unless you want cheaper and instant gratification and eventually burn your engine out over time get NOS.

Darkstar, are you recommending the 108 kit over the 110? If so, why? Also what do you know about the PR 122 kit?

Why would you consider the 108 or 110 if you are talking about the 122? The 122 will require you to pull your engine and ship it off to Patrick Racing or Orient Express for the custom engine build. That means crating and or strapping it down to a pallet and having it trucked to Cali or NY, not only are you paying big bucks for the 122 build, but you will get soaked on shipping charges 2 X.

I went with the 108 just due to the fact it is as large as you can go without adding steel sleeves to your cylinder's.......more dependability, more reliable, less heat due to friction, longer engine life.

Before you open up the engine (winter project) try a smaller drive pulley & a custom map.

Thanks for the tips, I can see the 122 is definatly not the best way to spend for speed.
