spark plug and cylinder adjustment help!

Since my bike is sitting on the jack for a couple of weeks until my 240 kit comes in, i went ahead and changed my spark plugs..

Here are the pictures and i think im running a bit rich specially on the 3 cylinder.. Does anyone know how i can fix that through my power commander? and where i should place the cylinder settings..Just for more info my bike has reinharts without baffles, BAK, AIS block off kit and running amspro map.. Also if anyone can recommend me a map that would fit better for my bike. Thanks!!

how was it run right before you pulled the plugs?  if it was just idling for a while they will probably look rich.  run it at a good clip for about 50 miles or so...shut it down without letting it idle for a long time and then pull the plugs

If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the precipitate

First of all you don't have a "3" cylinder, you only have 2.Wink

You really need to run it for a day or so with new plugs, then check them. Those plugs look like they may have been in there a while. If they're not that old you're definitely running a bit rich on both cylinders.

As far as maps are concerned, visit the Dynojet website and download map M403-021 (Rineharts/no baffles with Thunder Mfg. Airbox. that could be the closest map to your configuration.

might also try smack's map. it's for samson shorties, BAK, AIS. Will probably be closer than Amospro's as well. I'm 99% sure its in the 'maps' section on the forums. There's also another map for the same setup, i forgot what it was called tho.

Take notice if your PC has the label "PCIII Serial" or "PCIIIUSB" and if its "PCIIIUSB" also check the TPS end to see if its a new (plug) model or the legacy model that has a wire-crimp terminal attached to the yellow wire at the TPS.

There's more info under "ECU" if you click on the Popular Mods link in my sig below.
