When I first spoke with Anthony in the parts department he said that they don't have the Dunlop D220 tire in stock. I explained my situation and pushed him to check inventory for any tire sport bike, sport touring, something, I can get on my rear rim to get me through the next couple days. He said he would call me back; he sure did.
Rusty Palmer in Honesdale, PA scored me what I needed; Anthony said they located a D220 and that the service department would squeeze me in their busy day and get me on my way. I showed up around 10am and went right to see Anthony. He said the tires in the shop waiting for me and to go see Jay in service. I talked to Jay and he got me rolling within 2 hours!
The guys at Rusty Palmer went above ane beyond what any other dealer I have delt with would have done. These guys were great and highly recommend them to anyone in that area.
And to anyone who may be wondering, no they did not know anything about my affiliation to this site. They didn't know me from the next guy and there was no special treatment.
