Looking to add a bunch of maintenance parts, and an exhaust, and the old coupon code isn't working for 5% off :( .

Drop the .com and just put in rswarrior. Its not 5% anymore unfortunatly..

Tried that, no dice.  Not 5%?  Bahh.  The last two orders I put in were supposed to have free t-shirts thrown in, and that was a no-go as well.

hrm.  The free shipping is nice, and the 5% discount almost balanced out the sales tax.

its not working for me either, coupon must have expired or something.

i think they exclude exhausts and some other things... (at least they did for my bigshots)

See the other recent post about this.  A member was told they no longer offer the RSW discount.  I had just got it less then two weeks ago but it didn't count on half the order and now they don't even offer it.  If I were you I'd do like me and others have done recentlya nd just cancel your order and go with Dennis Kirk or elsewhere.  You'll actually get it that way and not sit waiting on backorder status plus you'll likely get a better price if you take advantage of the free shipping and price matching they offer that Phats doesn't have.  If you do decide to go with Phats still you have to enter a note in the order notes area for the free t-shirt.

Just placed an online order w/ Phats for a rider backrest and put rswarrior in the coupon code box and got my 5% discount!  This 4m rocks!  Plus, their regular price was a little better than any of the other sites for this item.

I just placed an order with Phats and got the 5% discount as well. Also the priced were on the better side and free shipping. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

He said that if I wanted to proceed that the other items would be shipped out within the next couple of days. Also he asked that I respond about weather to stay on order for the backorder item or change to a different item. I was impressed that they were so efficient in communicating with me.

I remember getting that same email from Terry....  I also remember them NOT shipping out the "in stock" items he promised would ship immediately because they weren't actually in stock.  I was told Monday....  Wednesday I found out they still hadn't shipped but yet my credit card had a "hold" on it for a week then and had actually been charged the previous Sunday.  They used to have good communication AND it was all true and accurate.  As far as price and free shipping though, you can get both from Dennis Kirk (plus $1) and it would seem lately that they're doing better about having things in stock but we know how fast that can change.  I hope you get your order quickly and accurately though either way, good luck.

Thanks for the "good looking out". I love that 4m members look out for each other. The items seem to have shipped out already and are scheduled for delivery monday. I'll keep you posted on the ETA item for others who are considering shopping with them.

Everything except the lightning forward extensions (already knew they were backordered) got here on time, fast, with discount, and a free shirt in my size. Think I'm a Phats customer. So far real good.

Good deal.  The thing I really like about Phats is their website is quick and easy and they carry tons of stuff which I guess explains why they've had some problems with backorders more commonly recently.  Just this morning I was looking for stuff on Dennis Kirks site and they either didn't have it or I had to search forever to find things.  I'd like to say Cruiser Customizing.com is almost a good cross between the two but I had to cancel an order with them again due to the website saying it was in stock but the email after I order telling me how long it will be backordered.

 Phats has the best prices I have seen.  Used them a few times and always get an email the day after I place the order on what they have and dont have.  As far as the 5% discount, it is on orders over $150 and is not available on exhaust, tires, and wheels.  For the free T-shirt it is only on orders of $300 or more.  I just shot them and email and this is what they told me.  Hope this helps.
