Filled the Warrior with it's last tank of Premium yesterday-$3.89 9/10.  Ouch, got 44.3 mpg though.

Forgiveness is between them and god....it's my job to arrange the meeting.

Doesn't make that much difference in price, but the Warrior is designed to run on 87 octane.

I went to Sturgis a few years back and was pissed about spending $6.25 for a tank in the Badlands.

There was a short clip on the news the other day about a student who is saving the 25.00 a week it costs to buy gas for his car. He started riding his horse to school.

Riding a horse is probably not an option for most of us but riding the bike & getting twice or better the milage your cage or truck gets is an option for many of us.

My super duty has been parked since the begining of February & has been relegated to hauling only.

I'm glad I don't have to pay the fuel costs our friends in the UK have to pay.

Put 17.00 in the FJR tuesday got about 46 mph gallon on the high way average speed above 90mph. I think I will slow down a tad.

the price of gas is really starting to pi$$ me off, i've got a boat and jet ski in addition to the warrior , the bike is ok but the other two are thirsty toys that love to drink and the higher cost of fuel is bound to put a dent in my summer time funAngry

All of my customers are moaning about my price increase this year but there is nothing I can do about it. Between the truck and my equipment I go through about $180.00 per week in gas Angry

    Its phucking ridiculous

I used to think I'd retire, buy an RV and live in it, cruising around different places with bikes in a trailer in tow. Now if I do that, I think I'll just live in a Walmart parking lot and never actually go anywhere.

My wife and I both use our bikes as our main transportation.  Her daily commute is 40 miles round-trip, but her CBR gets amazing mileage and she spends less than 15 bucks a week in gas.  My commute is only 5 miles round-trip.

Our riding is much more pleasant now that the gas-guzzling SUVs are spending more time parked and collecting dust and less time swerving all over the roads trying to kill us.

I feel for everyone who experiencing hardship due to rising gas prices, but the self-interested side of me is really enjoying the decrease in congested city traffic.

A). that's the gaudiest thing I have ever seen. proof that money and taste or brains have no direct correlation.

    B) I work in the Oil and Gas industry so I take some pleasure in all this. Remember it isn't the oil companies that decide what a barrel of oil costs. It's a bunch of commodities traders.
