No p-pad what do you do with the mounting holes on rear fender?

Hey folks I'm a solo rider (wife's afraid of motorcycles and won't let me ride anyone else) and I removed the p-pad off the rear fender. I'm planning on repainting the bike but what should I do about the 4 mounting holes on the fender? Any advise?

you can get the roadstar plug hole covers. 1 will work perfectly, the other 3 you will have to use pipe tape on the bottom to expand the thinckness of the plug...works great looks awsome...

Ditto that.  They work and look good.  Most automotive stores carry similar pieces with made for Toyotas.  They work too.  Not sure which ones to get?  Buy a couple different kinds...they're cheap.

If you planned on keeping the bike forever (never selling it) and you're already going to re-paint it, you could fill the holes and paint them.

I have the same color bike as you and I am also riding solo. If you have a NAPA around you, they have plastic upholstery tabs in grey that match the paint almost perfectly. I think a bag of 20 is like $5. I have had them for 3 years.

Just buy some chromed M8 x 16 button head allen bolts from Scootworks or Bolt Depot. I got them for mine, and am planning on doing something with the  mounting brackets to match.

You can also add the plastic hole covers for a smooth look.
